Giving voice to our guys - Erika's story

I'd like to start with this quote in the presentation of #Erika. For us, she's an important person because with her help, the #numbers are always in order.

Here's her story of work experience with us:

Elena and I met more than ten years ago when, for about a year, we were colleagues. Then, our career paths took different directions until the end of 2018 when Elena called me to offer me the opportunity to join her #team. At that time, I was expecting my second child and was hesitant to join the company because I feared not being able to give my best. However, Elena assured me that she would wait for me, so in the summer of 2020, I joined the company.

Having just had a baby, I was looking for a part-time job to balance family commitments. Elena was looking for someone to assist in the office, allowing her to focus on other aspects of #management within the company.

During the interview with Elena and Simone, I understood they had significant #projects for the future. They proposed that I manage the company's accounts, which were previously handled by an external firm, offering me a part-time contract.

Both of them have always been very understanding and #flexible regarding working hours, something that is rarely found these days.

For a mother, this aspect is crucial as it provides the necessary peace of mind to perform work to the best of one's ability.

A few months after my arrival, I started managing the company's accounts independently, and with Elena and Simone, we implemented warehouse management and reporting on the activities of all team members.

I hope Innovation System continues to grow as it has in recent years, and I hope to contribute my "non-technical" part for an even more precise and punctual management of our work.
