But how to maximize photovoltaic output? Innovation System has the answer: an innovative monitoring system based on artificial intelligence, which we have been working on for the past few months.
With AI, we are able to see the health status of the plant accurately. Our system analyzes a wide range of data, such as solar irradiance, temperature, and production history, to help provide estimates of energy production.
This technology is able to:
Diagnose anomalies: promptly detect failures or malfunctions, such as inverters going out, dirty or damaged panels;

How does it work?
By analyzing the data collected by a simple irradiance sensor installed on the set-up, we are able to see the health status of the plant due to the sun's inclination and the power of the sun's rays.
An important function is that of anomaly detection: the system alerts the estimated value of percentage loss of energy production, then lets the operator decide the level of urgency to be assigned for maintenance work.
